The provided video is an example of a Pixitracker Sparta Remix.
Pixitracker is mobile application used for sequencing music with slight emphasis on 8-bit/retro themes. This application is not recommended for sparta remixes as it's primitive functions don't allow for the creation of proper sparta remixes. It's usable, but it's not recommended.
This software is also created for Windows, Mac, Linux, but this application is used more commonly in Android and iOS.
