Hello there guys, have you wondered why this wiki has really inactive admins?
Well, yeah that's true.

But there aren't any active admins.
The only active Admin is PiaNO! which he is not a bureaucrat, and if he is not a bureaucrat, he can't promote users.
I will ask PiaNO! permission to review and adopt this wiki.
